An introduction to the Level 2 Business Admin Apprenticeship

Level 2 is an entry-level qualification, open to existing Business Administrators, or those who aspire to work in the role. The Level 2 Foundation is made up of four qualifications, covering mandatory and optional units relevant to your job role and duties:

  • Communication in a Business Environment
  • Understand Employer Organisations
  • Principles of Providing Administrative Services
  • Principles of Business Document Production and Information Management
  • Manage Personal Performance and Development
  • Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues
